Thin slab cutting machine for stone splitting

The DPJ series covers slab splitting capacity from 850 mm all the way up to 2,150 mm cutting width, with eight model sizes available from the DPJ-800 through to the DPJ-2200 — so a fabricator running 600 mm book-match panels and one processing full 2-meter luxury stone slabs are both in range. Cutting thickness is held to under 80 mm across all mid-to-large models, with cutting speed continuously adjustable from 0 to 100 mm/min. That adjustability matters: softer marble runs faster, dense granite or composite panels run slower, and the operator controls the feed rate to match the material rather than accepting a fixed speed that compromises either cut quality or blade life. Water consumption is a flat 2 m³/h regardless of model size — consistent across the range and straightforward to plan for in a factory water circuit. Machine weight scales from 2.2 tonnes on the DPJ-800 up to 6 tonnes on the DPJ-2200, reflecting the heavier frame needed to hold cutting precision stable at larger panel widths. The automatic hydraulic constant-pressure system maintains consistent blade tension throughout each cut, protecting tooling life and holding thickness tolerance across the full slab width — a key factor when the output goes directly into book-match or thin-panel applications where surface deviation is visible.
