Post-Routing Truing

Finger-bit milling creates the opening geometry; the drum wheel follows with a continuous grinding face to correct routing marks and bring the wall to a smoother, more uniform final contour — routing may leave step marks or rougher wall texture depending on step-down and tool condition, and the drum pass is the correction stage.

Continuous Wall Grinding

The cylindrical grinding surface contacts the full cutout wall instead of removing material with discrete plunge passes: wall truing and refinement run in a single CNC pass, replacing hand cleanup between routing and polishing.

Center Water Delivery

Through-tool water reaches the active grinding zone at depth, supporting cooling and slurry evacuation through the full wall height — the delivery path external spray cannot reliably provide in deep openings.
