The DBM series is a rail-mounted double-blade quarrying machine for mechanized vertical face cutting in granite, marble, limestone and other dimension stone. Two large circular blades cut parallel faces in the same production cycle, with four standard cutting-width ranges from 1,360 to 3,100 mm and a maximum cutting depth up to 2,150 mm. The quarry frame combines belt-driven main transmission, four enclosed chrome-plated guide pillars and double-chain travel for stable operation in dusty, humid quarry environments. Model selection is based on target block width, bench geometry, required cutting depth, blade diameter and track spacing. Twin Main Motors

Twin-Blade Parallel Cutting System
